    • Official Business Registration / Tax ID (EIN, CNPJ, or Business License)

    • Government-issued photo ID of the Legal Representative

    • Local commercial beach permits / Park & Rec licenses

    • Proof of General Liability Insurance (if applicable)

    • 6 high-resolution photos showcasing your school, equipment, and lessons

    • Accepted file formats: PDF, JPG, PNG (Max size: 5MB per file)


    Note: Applications are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, you will gain access to manage your team, schedule, and direct lesson bookings.
